The Character of Jesus - COMMITTED

Read Mark 8:34-38.

"For whoever wishes to save his life shall lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel's shall save it." (v. 35)

Jesus was committed to God's will for His life no matter what the cost--even though He would lose His life. This commitment made other decisions easier; knowing that God's will was the highest priority.

I need to re-commit to follow Christ and His way above all else. He is my first priority. He is my reason for life and for living.
