The Character of Jesus - CONFIDENT IN GOD

Read Mark 5:21-24, 35-43.

"But Jesus, overhearing what was being spoken, said to the synagogue official, 'Do not be afraid any longer, only believe.'" (v. 36)

Jesus knew God wanted Him to heal this little girl. It was His God-given task--His ministry. Others doubted that it could be done, but Jesus had confidence that God's power would prevail.
Once I know God's plans, I must be confident that He will finish what He's started. Even when others doubt the power of God, I must be faithful to the task He's given me.
